Last updated: February 12, 2026This policy explains how Destivaro collects, uses and protects the personal data of those who visit destivaro.com, in compliance with Argentine Personal Data Protection Law 25,326 and the supplementary regulations issued by the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública.
1. Who is responsible
Destivaro is the trade name of the company registered with the Inspección General de Justicia under No. 14,728, with its registered office at Av. Corrientes 1456, Floor 7, Office 712, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires. You can contact the data controller by writing to privacidad@destivaro.com.
2. What data we collect
We only process data you provide when using the contact form (name, email and message content) and aggregated technical data such as browser type, preferred language and visit time, provided you have given consent for analytics cookies.
3. For what purpose
We use this data to answer editorial inquiries, improve educational content, measure the reach of our guides and, where appropriate, evaluate outreach campaigns. We never sell personal data nor share it with third parties without legal basis.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your explicit consent for analytics and advertising cookies, and on the legitimate interest of maintaining safe educational communication. You can withdraw consent at any time.
5. Retention
Contact messages are kept for twenty-four months for editorial follow-up. Aggregated technical data is retained for a maximum of thirteen months. After that, it is deleted or anonymized.

You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, update, deletion and objection set forth in Law 25,326 by writing to privacidad@destivaro.com. You may also file complaints with the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures including TLS 1.3 encryption, quarterly audits and role-based access control for all authorized personnel.
8. Changes
If we update this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its corresponding date and, where significant, we will inform you on the site.
